Recreational Avelo Diver

WHY YOU SHOULD TAKE THIS COURSE:

All divers wanting to experience easier buoyancy control with lighter weight equipment and have more fun!

• Minimum Age: 12 Years Old

• Prerequisites: Open Water SCUBA Certified

COURSE SCHEDULE:​​

• Max Participants: 3

• Start time: 8AM (daily) or by appointment

• Location: Monterey, CA (alternate locations available upon request)

• ​Duration:

  • eLearning (complete within 90 days BEFORE in-person session): 2-4 hours.

  • Practical session: two dives: 5-7 hours

WHAT YOU LEARN:

Get the RAD Certification in ONE day. Independent Study eLearning then two Open Water Training Dives with Bruce. Our RAD course teaches you everything you need to know to dive the Avelo System. Our course builds on concepts with which you are familiar from your open water theory and expands on topics that are relevant to Avelo and apply to divers at any level.​
