WHY YOU SHOULD TAKE THIS PROGRAM:

Our PADI CDTC Prep Program is an elite program designed to meticulously prepare you, the experienced PADI Master Instructor, who has decided to strive to become a PADI Course Director, to maximize your likelihood of success when applying to be accepted to the PADI Course Director Training Course (CDTC), the most rigorous instructor training program in the SCUBA industry. This hands-on course is tailored to fine-tune your command of the entire PADI Professional Development curriculum.

Prerequisites:

• Current PADI IDC Staff Instructor

• Attended at least one PADI IDC Staff Instructor Experience

PROGRAM SCHEDULE:

This Program will be conducted in conjunction with the IDCs and through regular one-on-one sessions with Bruce, our Gold PADI Course Director – contact him to start this process; see the Instructor Development Course schedule here.

WHAT YOU LEARN:

During this program you will:

• Learn what it takes to be confident and successful at the PADI CDTC

• Review the CDTC requirements and what areas upon which to focus

• Actively participate in at least two PADI IDC’s

• Better learn the intent of all the PADI Standards

• Get Bruce’s assistance preparing your Business Plan for the CDTC Application

• Get resume building advice

• Get ongoing marketing and business advise from Bruce, a former New York attorney and finance director of a multinational wireless telecom

• Learn how to organize a successful PADI IDC

• Learn how to develop an Instructor Development team

• Have continual custom mentorship and access to a Gold PADI Course Director
